Si pavoneggia mostrando la sua coda squamosa e il suo affilato dentone, nessuno ha il coraggio di dirgli quanto in realtà è carino e coccoloso…

Materiali

• cotone di colore verde lime e verde più scuro (io ho utilizzato questi: http://www.morelfilshop.com/cotone/delfinocolorato )
• occhi di sicurezza da 5 mm
• filo da ricamo nero
• uncinetto n. 2,5 mm
• ago e forbici
• imbottitura sintetica

CORPO

1. Con il cotone di colore verde lime lavorare 6 mb (maglie basse) nell’anello magico.

2. 2 mb in ogni maglia bassa: totale 12 mb

3. (1 mb, 2 mb nella stessa maglia) x 6 volte: tot. 18 mb

4. (2 mb, 2 mb nella stessa maglia) x 6 volte: tot. 24 mb

5. (3 mb, 2 mb nella stessa maglia) x 6 volte: tot. 30 mb

6. (4 mb, 2 mb nella stessa maglia) x 6 volte: tot. 36 mb

7-11. Lavorare 36 mb (5 giri)

12. (8 mb, 2 mb nella stessa maglia) x 4 volte: tot. 40 mb

13-18. Lavorare 40 mb (6 giri)

Posizionare gli occhi tra l’8° e il 9° giro lasciando 8 maglie tra uno e l’altro.

Con del filo da ricamo di colore nero ricamare la bocca e il dentone.

19. (8 mb, 1 diminuzione nella maglia seguente) x 4 volte: tot. 36 mb

20. (4 mb, 1 diminuzione nella maglia seguente) x 6 volte: tot. 30 mb

21. (3 mb, 1 diminuzione nella maglia seguente) x 6 volte: tot. 24 mb

22. (2 mb, 1 diminuzione nella maglia seguente) x 6 volte: tot. 18 mb

Iniziare ad imbottire

23. (1 mb, 1 diminuzione nella maglia seguente) x 6 volte: tot. 12 mb

Terminare di imbottire

24. 1 diminuzione in ogni maglia per tutto il giro: tot. 6 mb

Chiudere lasciando del filo abbastanza lungo per cucire

ZAMPE

Con l’uncino entrare nella maglia che si trova 3 giri sotto l’occhio destro e lavorare 4 catenelle.

A partire dalla seconda catenella dall’uncino lavorare 1 mb in ogni maglia: tot. 3 mb.

Chiudere e lasciare del filo per cucire la zampina al corpo.

Ripetere una seconda volta per l’altra zampa.

CODA

1. Con il cotone di colore verde lime lavorare 6 mb nell’anello magico.

2. (2 mb nella stessa maglia, 2 mb) x 2 volte: tot. 8 mb

3. (2 mb nella stessa maglia, 1 mb) x 4 volte: tot. 12 mb

4. (2 mb nella stessa maglia, 2 mb) x 4 volte: tot. 16 mb

5. (2 mb nella stessa maglia, 3 mb) x 4 volte: tot. 20 mb

Chiudere lasciando del filo abbastanza lungo per cucire la coda al corpo.

SCAGLIE

1. Con il cotone di colore verde più scuro, lavorare 22 catenelle

2. Partendo dalla terza maglia dall’uncino: 1 mb, 1 maglia alta, 1 mb, 1 maglia bassissima, (1 mb, 3 maglie alte nella stessa maglia, 1 mb, 1 maglia bassissima) x 3 volte, 1 mb, 1 maglia alta, 1 mb, 1 maglia bassissima.

Chiudere lasciando abbastanza filo per cucire le scaglie sul corpo.

Bloccare le scaglie con gli spilli sul corpo di Dino, partendo dalla coda fino alla testa e quindi cucirle saldamente al corpo.

R2. 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sts)

R3. (Sc 1, 2 st in next st) rep 6 times (18 sts)

R4. (Sc 2, 2 sc in next st) rep 6 times (24 sts)

R5. (Sc 3, 2 sc in next st) rep 6 times (30 sts)

R6. (Sc 4, 2 sc in next st) rep 6 times (36 sts)

R7-11. Sc 36 (5 rounds)

R12. (Sc 8, 2 sc in next st) rep 4 times (40 sts)

R13-18. Sc 40 (6 rounds)

Insert the eyes between the 8° and the 9° round from the start, leaving 8 stitches between one and the another.

Using the embroidery floss color black to embroider the mouth end the tooth.

Fasten off and leave a long end for sewing the scales to the body

Using the pins, Put the scales on the Dino’s body, starting from the tail to the head and then sew them firmly.
